Constitution is the fundamentall principles by which a state ngoverns. Without constitution one can not imagine the exidtence of a country because the  constitution is the heart of the nation and goverment is its pulse. There are two types of constitution . writen constitution and unwritten constitution. After the people is movement I 2046 some of the political parties were looking for the constitution assemby. But the other larger parties did not support them and acceptes a chairmanship of the contemporary chief justice Mr. Bishwonath prasad upadhyaya. which was the main weakness of those larger political parties. They thought that the king could not interrupt the check and the govenment was unable to fulfil the demands of those political parties and started dominating them.
